Our rental is extremely popular for wedding receptions, sweet sixteen parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties, along with public and private events of all kinds. With unlimited digital photos and free shipping both ways our rental typically saves you over 50% of the cost of a traditional photo booth.
How does digital printing works?
After each set of photos taken the guest can have their photos sent to either then email or their phone via text (both options require the iPad be connected through wifi). We also upload all photos to an online gallery 1-2 business days after the event for you guests to view, download, and share.

Free Shipping & Returns
Seattle Event Lighting now uses UPS to deliver your rental to you free of charge. We have a warehouse in Kirkland WA and Bend OR. Only our bulkier rental items are kept in Kirkland so most customer's shipments will come via UPS from Bend Oregon. Regardless, you don't pay a dime - Shipping is free both ways!
Payment
25% holds your reservation with the balance automatically charged to your credit card 15 days prior to your event. We have no security deposit or additional fees! We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellations
Customers who cancel at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a refund in full. For cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event date the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made within 7 days or less prior to the event date, the customer will be charged in full. No refund will be issue for gobo packages once the customer's gobo has been sent to production. A $20 fee will be charge for all Photo Booth cancellations.

Your lights will arrive on time and ready to use or we will make it right. We will overnight replacements or refund your order.
Returns
Return the lights in the same box they arrived in to your nearest UPS location. Lights are due to UPS on the return date unless this falls on a weekend or holiday (in which you can return them the next business day). The prepaid return label can be found in the original label pouch affixed to the box.
