Seattle Event Lighting may use UPS to deliver your package. Although we are based out of Kirkland WA it is often cheaper for us to deliver your rental with UPS than it is to send our driver. If we use UPS your return shipment will also need to be sent via UPS. We will include a pre-paid return label with your reservation. Simply pack the rental in the same box as it was delivered in and drop it off at any UPS location (including any UPS retail partner). Unfortunately if you schedule a UPS pickup we will have to charge a service fee, ranging anywhere from $12 to $19.45.
Our wireless uplight package includes everything you need to transform your dance or wedding! 4 lithium ion battery powered uplights stay lit for 8-12 hours (depending on what color you use). Attach all 4 uplights to a 9ft stand and you're set! Uplights add great mood lighting and ambiance to any event – weddings, private parties, fundraisers, and holiday parties. They work beautifully as an architectural wall wash or accent lighting and most importantly, they require no experience to setup. With just a couple button presses you can select the perfect color for your event. Dimming and strobing effect optional. Our uplights come with 5 Operational Modes: Auto (Program Run) Mode; Sound Active Mode; Rib Manual Control Mode, Static Color Mode, And DMX-512 Mode Flicker Free, 32 Built-In Color Macros LED Pulse And Strobe Effect.

Select the date of your event on the calendar and we will deliver 2 days prior. Your rental will be due Back to UPS 2 days after your event (for a total of a 5 day rental). We will display these dates once your selection is made.

Uplight calculator
The quantity of uplights you need is subjective, dependent on the look and feel you are trying to achieve. To help with this we've created three levels of lighting; accent, moderate, and maximum.
To calculate the number of uplights you need, get the total feet of wall space you would like covered with lights and divide by 15 for accent lighting, 10 for moderate lighting, or 5 for maximum lighting.
