Seattle Event Lighting may use UPS to deliver your package. Although we are based out of Kirkland WA it is often cheaper for us to deliver your rental with UPS than it is to send our driver. If we use UPS your return shipment will also need to be sent via UPS. We will include a pre-paid return label with your reservation. Simply pack the rental in the same box as it was delivered in and drop it off at any UPS location (including any UPS retail partner). Unfortunately if you schedule a UPS pickup we will have to charge a service fee, ranging anywhere from $12 to $19.45.

Introducing our All-Inclusive Stage Light Package One. This package provides everything you need for a small to medium size stage. It comes with 2 powerful white wash cannons which wash the stage with warm white light. These cannons can be dimmed to achieve just the right light for your application. Attach these 2 cannons to the included 2 x 9ft light stands and you’re almost done. Placing the 3 x pure white uplights along the base of the stage will help eliminate shadows and add an extra pop to your stage performers. With the included 25ft extension cords you have everything you need to illuminate your next performance. And don’t worry about shipping, we include free shipping both ways with all of our light rentals.
