Free Shipping & Returns

Seattle Event Lighting now uses UPS to deliver your rental to you free of charge. Although we are a local business it's still cheaper to use UPS than to delivery ourselves. Regardless, you don't pay a dime - Shipping is free both ways!

Payment

25% holds your reservation with the balance automatically charged to your credit card two weeks prior to your event. We have no security deposit or additional fees! We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime until 14 days before your event for a full refund.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your lights will arrive on time and ready to use or we will make it right. We will overnight replacements or refund your order.

Returns

Return the lights in the same box they arrived in to your nearest Fedex location. Lights are due to Fedex no later than 2 days after your event. The prepaid return label can be found in the original label pouch affixed to the box.
