Free Delivery & Pickup
Free delivery and pickup is included on all orders, no minimum required.
For local reservation (typically 30 miles from Seattle) one of our drivers will deliver and pickup the lights. Delivery/Pickup is available Mon-Fri between 8am and 5pm. Deliveries further than 30 miles from Seattle may be completed via FedEx.
A 25% deposit is required to start your reservation with the balance due two weeks prior to your event. We have no security deposit or additional fees! We accept all major credit cards.
Cancel anytime until 14 days before your event for a full refund.

Your lights will arrive on time and ready to use or we will make it right. We will overnight replacements or refund your order.

When will my lights arrive?
We guarantee your rental will arrive at least 2 days prior to your event (as indicated by the date selected on your reservation).
If your event is on the 5th of the month you would select this date on the calendar. Your lights would arrive no later than the 3rd of the month and be due back to FedEx on the 7th.
In some cases your rental will arrive earlier, however your 5-day rental period will not begin until 2 days prior to your event. This means that your rental will either get picked up or will be due back to FedEx 2 days after your event (the 5th day). Events on Thursday or Friday will not be picked up or due back to FedEx until the following Monday since FedEx does not pickup ground shipments on the weekends.
